Quin Brunelle - Administrative Assistant

Quin Brunelle serves as the administrative assistant for Duke Conrad Realty, helping support the team’s daily operations, communication, and client service. He is a Management major with a Marketing minor at Indiana University, where he has developed a strong interest in business, marketing, and community-focused work.

Quin was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, before coming to Bloomington for school. His professional background includes founding and operating AQS Soles, a successful sneaker resale business that taught him organization, attention to detail, customer communication, and problem-solving. That entrepreneurial experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to manage moving parts and follow through with people.

Quin was drawn to this role because it allows him to build lasting professional skills while staying connected to the Bloomington community. He is excited to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry and the Bloomington market while helping Duke Conrad Realty work toward becoming the most trusted and most effective real estate team in Southern Indiana.
