How the giveaway works
Do I have to be a homeowner to enter?
No! Eligible Renwick residents age 18 and older can enter, whether they rent or own their home.
Does subscribing to real estate updates improve my chances?
Not at all. Email updates are completely optional, and opting in has no effect on entry eligibility or your chances of winning.
How are the winners chosen?
Two eligible entrants will be chosen at random on November 25, 2026. Each winner will receive one $50 Crumble Coffee & Bakery gift card. We'll reach out to the winners by email to arrange delivery.
Is Crumble sponsoring this?
No. Duke Conrad Realty is independently purchasing the gift cards to support a local business. Crumble Coffee & Bakery is not sponsoring or administering this promotion.

- Promotion and organizer. Renwick Coffee Giveaway, organized by Duke Conrad Realty in association with The Brawley Group, 3802 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401 ("Organizer"). This promotion is independently funded and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Crumble Coffee & Bakery.
- Eligibility. Open to residents of the Renwick neighborhood in Bloomington, Indiana, who are age 18 or older at entry. Homeowners and renters may enter. The Organizer may request reasonable confirmation of neighborhood residency and age from a potential winner before awarding a prize.
- Entry period. Entries are accepted from November 7, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time through November 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries outside this period are ineligible.
- How to enter. Submit the entry form on this page with your first and last name, email address, and Renwick street name. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. No purchase or real estate consultation is required. Agreeing to receive marketing emails is optional and does not affect entry or odds.
- Prizes. Two (2) prizes: one (1) $50 Crumble Coffee & Bakery gift card per winner. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $100. No cash substitution, except at the Organizer's discretion where legally permitted.
- Winner selection and notice. Two eligible entries will be selected by random drawing on November 25, 2026. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form to arrange delivery. If a selected entrant is ineligible or cannot be reached after reasonable efforts, an alternate eligible winner may be selected. Each person may receive no more than one prize.
- Odds. The chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.
- Privacy. Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, evaluate eligibility, and contact winners. Optional Renwick real estate updates will be sent only to people who separately opt in. The Organizer's contact email for questions or information requests is duke@thebrawleygroup.com.
- General conditions. The Organizer may disqualify entries that violate these rules or attempt to interfere with the promotion. The promotion is subject to applicable law, and any taxes legally due on a prize are the winner's responsibility.
